It depends on the YMCA in your area.





Y's generally offer lower rates on memberships and programs for those with financial hardships. You can call your local Y for information or to have a financial assistance application mailed to you. Information provided to the Y is kept confidential.





The Funds used to help scholarship memberships and programs are from an annual sustaining campaign run by each Y or through grants provided by outside organisations.
